From the Host: Welcome to the 5th anniversary season of CKPG Today

As the saying goes, time flies when you’re having fun.

Looking back it’s incredible to think that our little CKPG Today Show has been on the air for 5 years in that time we’ve had the pleasure of featuring thousands of people and their stories from Prince George, Mackenzie, Vanderhoof, Burns Lake, McBride, Valemount, Quesnel, Williams Lake, Barkerville, and everywhere in between.

Back in 2021, there was a vision to create a new show on CKPG TV for the community and it is truly amazing how it has blossomed since then. Whether it’s learning different parts of your everyday life like how a traffic light works, to taking you on an adventure down the mighty Fraser River in a raft. We’ve had the opportunity to explore our region in ways we never imagined.

It’s no secret why we love to keep working on this show so much, we learn something new, go somewhere we haven’t been before, and meet people who share the same passion for our community every single day.
