Prince George Fire Rescue knocks down trailer fire at RV park

PRINCE GEORGE — No injuries were reported after Prince George Fire Rescue put out a trailer fire over the weekend.

The City of Prince George says crews from four fire halls responded to a structure fire at the Sintich RV Park campground on Highway 97 south at around 10:30 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 10).

In a news release issued Sunday (Oct. 11), the city says fire crews found a 30-foot travel trailer fully engulfed in flames.

“Crews acted quickly and knocked the fire down preventing it from spreading to nearby structures,” the city says. “No one was in the trailer when the fire started.”
