UPDATE: 23 People Killed In California Wildfire

CALIFORNIA – The third-deadliest wildfire in California record has twenty-three people dead, more than 100 missing, and nearly 7,000 homes and buildings have been destroyed.
Covering more than 280 square kilometres between inland canyons and the Pacific Ocean, two fires are burning in the southern part of the state,
The death toll in the wildfire that tore through Northern California has risen to 23, with some victims found in cars and in houses.
