One Person In Hospital Following Motorcycle Crash

PRINCE GEORGE – RCMP continue to deal with a single vehicle crash that occurred early this morning. It happened near the intersection of Highway 97 and 22nd Avenue involving a green Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle.

A woman was taken to hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.

Police believe that the woman was a passenger and an unknown man was driving, but he fled the scene on foot. Investigators say that the driver was travelling at high speeds travelling southbound before crashing into the ditch. Mounties say alcohol may have been a factor. There’s no description of the man at this time.
