PRINCE GEORGE- A local inventor has sought out to fix a problem many of us have probably encountered: forgetting to unplug your car before driving away.

“I was driving on the highway and every year I’d see two or three people dragging an extension cord,” said Inventor, Sterling Roberts,”I started looking and I couldn’t find anything, there was nothing out there that solved that problem.”

The Q-Plug is a tension released adapter that comes apart easily with a bit of pressure, which aims to prevent damage to your vehicle or car.

Roberts is asking for pledges on Kickstarter to help fund the manufacturing with the hope that consumers will have the product in their hands by December.
