Engineering Conference Gets Council’s Financial Support

PRINCE GEORGE – “I am delighted.”
Those were the words from Councillor Albert Koehler at the conclusion of a presentation from the UNBC Engineering Society, which is organizing a three-day conference in Prince George in February.
Koehler put forward a motion to become a sponsor of the event to the tune of $15,000 to come from the Council Contingency Fund, which will be topped up with the upcoming budget discussions.
