PRINCE GEORGE – A special committee struck by the government to look at the Agricultural Land Commission has made its final stop in Prince George as part of a six-city tour of BC.
The Committee was struck with the purpose of “revitalizing” the Agricultural Land Commission and the Agricultural Land Act.
Chair Jennifer Dyson says the members have heard concerns about things like foreign ownership, which results in goods being sent abroad, as well as questions about things like cannabis laws.
The Committee plans to have a report to the government this summer.
