Most Dangerous Cities in Canada

Prince George is no longer the most dangerous city in Canada, or even BC according to the Maclean’s Magazone lastest ranking of the 229 most dangerous cities in Canada. Prince George has fallen to the 11th spot.

Mayor Lyn Hall says he is pleased to see the drop in the rankings.  The city held the number one position for a couple of years and Hall says it hurt the community in terms of attracting people.

Langley City is the most dangerous city in BC according to the rankings, placing sixth.  Vernon is ninth while Terrace, Penticton, Dawson Creek, Chilliwack and Port Alberni are 15 through 19.

North Saanich has the lowest crime rate in BC and is listed at 225th place.
