South Asian Student Society Plans “Mock Wedding”

A new club at UNBC is preparing for an event the university has never seen before. The South Asian Student Society held a flash mob and fake proposal today to get students excited about a mock wedding they’ll hold next semester. The idea is to teach students about a South Asian wedding by letting them experience it first hand. The event will run over the course of a few days. Organizers say it will happen some time before reading break next semester.
