Mounties Search For Stabbing Suspect

RCMP are looking for a man who punched and then stabbed a man near the corner of Massey Boulevard and Westwood Drive Saturday night. 

Police say the suspect approached two men who were walking down the street and punched one of them.  Then he stabbed the victim.  At that point he ran to a nearby white SUV and fled.  There was another man waiting inside the SUV.

The suspect is described as a First Nation’s man in his early ’20’s.  He is about 6 feet tall and chubby.  He was wearing a black coat, blue jeans and a hat at the time of the attack. 

Police haven’t determined a motive for the attack and say the two men didn’t know each other.
