Pine Centre announces new tenants in old Sears space

PRINCE GEORGE–Big news for avid shoppers in Prince George, with Pine Centre Mall announcing its future tenants.

Winners HomeSense combination and BC Cannabis Stores will be moving into the old Sears space. “We are excited that our redevelopment investment has allowed us to welcome these new tenants to the mall,” said Rachel OIson, General Manager, Pine Centre Mall. “The next phase of our transformation will provide a fresh new look, exciting new retailers and an even more complete shopping experience for our guests.”

The retailers are expected to open in 2020, the mall is currently also in negotiations with several other retailers for the remaining space. $17 million is being invested in the renovation projects. The mall will see new floors, ceilings and a new mall entrance along with the new retailers.
