The Prince George Conservation Officer service says they have seen a 30 percent drop in human-wildlife conflict calls involving bears. Officers want the public to keep in mind that just because there has been a drop, doesn’t mean it’s okay to be careless.

Men in custody after robbery in Dawson Creek

Two men are in police custody after holding a store clerk at knife point and demanding money. Photos of the culprits vehicle were taken and traced to a stolen truck that had been reported missing out of Fort St. John, both men were later arrested in Alberta.
