Midget AAA squads prepare for weekend at home

Both the Cariboo Major Midget AAA Cougars and the Midget AAA Female Capitals were on the ice for practice this morning as they both gear up for home games this coming weekend. The Cariboo Cougars will welcome the Valley West Giants to Kin 1 for a pair of games after coming off a three point weekend on the island. Meanwhile the Capitals will get a chance to finally play in front of the home crowd for their first home games of the year as they tangle with the Vancouver Island Seals for three games.
