Seniors’ Tea another hit

PRINCE GEORGE – At precisely 1:30, the doors to the main auditorium of the Civic Centre are thrown open and hundreds of seniors stream through.

It’s the annual Seniors Christmas tea hosted by MLA Shirley Bond.

“One of the things I’ve always been grateful for was the opportunity for my parents to be involved in activities as seniors. So it really came about after watching the kindness shared with my parents.”

Ninety-two tables, 900 guests all there to have tea and sandwiches and listen to live music.
