Goals from Nolan Foote, Liam Foudy, Calen Anderson and Ty Dellandrea helped vault the Canadians to a 4-1 victory over the Germans this morning. Portland netminder Joel Hoffer was near perfect in his first start with the Team Canada who are now 2-1 at the tournament and are in the driver’s seat in their pool. A win in their final game against the Czechs tomorrow morning would secure the top spot in the pool and most likely a match up with Slovakia in the Quarter-Finals. Face off is at 10 tomorrow morning.
