Shoot for a Cure hits close to home for T-Wolves

UNBC Timberwolves had a tough outing on the hardwood this past weekend, having endured back-to-back losses for both the men and the women against the UFV Cascades at home. But despite the losses, Saturday’s game brought with it a good cause as the Lady Wolves had their annual Shoot for a Cure game with the women’s squad dawning some pink threads and while it’s a U Sports initiative celebrated at campuses across the country, it’s a cause that hits close to home for the UNBC Athletic Department.
