Cougars eye win in Winnipeg
Jan 14, 2020 | 7:10 PM
After a few days off the Cougars are back on the ice tonight as they continue their lengthy 6 game road trip across Eastern Canada.
After coming off a 4-1 win over the Saskatoon Blades Saturday night at the Sasktel Centre, the Cats have traveled even further East into Manitoba where they will meet the newest franchise in the Western Hockey League, the Winnipeg Ice. The Ice currently sit at the top of the East division with a 25-15-1-0 record on the year and are 7-3 in their last 10 games. Meanwhile the Cats have also been playing some pretty good hockey as of late, owning a 5-2-2-1 record in their past 10 games and have picked up points in every game on this road trip so far. Face-off is tonight at 5:30.
