Mixed results for UNBC’s basketball squads

PRINCE GEORGE — A busy night for UNBC basketball teams last night (Jan.24) with mixed results.

The women Timberwolves beat the visiting Brandon Bobcats, 78-67.

Maria Mongomo led the way, scoring 31 points, 12 rebounds, six steals, and two assists.

Meanwhile the men fell 76-74 to Brandon. The Timberwolves were led by Tyrell Lang, who had 19 points, seven assists, and three steals
