RDFFG provides information on services and facilities in midst of COVID-19 crisis
PRINCE GEORGE—It’s not news that services and access to buildings across the province have been limited since the novel coronavirus was announced a pandemic but the Regional District of Fraser Fort George (RDFFG) wants the public to know what services and what facilities are and are not being affected.
As of Friday, March 20, the Robson Valley Recreation Centre, Robson Valley Community Centre and the Canoe Valley Recreation Centre will close to the public—allowing for deep cleaning of the facilities as well as other maintenance work.
Volunteer Fire Department Halls have also been closed for public gatherings.
Swap Sheds in Mackenzie, Valemount, Shelley and McBride are closed as of now. No changes have been made to the Regional District’s landfills or transfer stations.
