HandyDART’s starting earlier to support early morning shopping

FORT ST. JOHN—In response to COVID-19, BC Transit and the City of Fort St. John are making adjustments to their handyDART services, starting tomorrow (April 9).

The handyDART service will begin at 6:45 a.m. from Monday to Friday to allow customers to participate in early shopping opportunities at participating local businesses.

Operating hours for the handyDART will remain the same on Saturday’s running from 9:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The handyDART service does not run on Sundays and Holidays in Fort St. John.

BC Transit has begun installing vinyl panels to support physical distancing between transit operators and customers, on light duty buses which include handyDART’s.
