How to get your money back if you paid for an April parking pass at CNC

PRINCE GEORGE— The College of New Caledonia (CNC) announced at the end of March they are waiving parking fees for the next three months at all their campuses, but what if you already purchased a pass for the month of April?

Those who purchased an April parking pass online can receive a refund by calling 250-563-8430, those who purchased a physical parking pass for April can receive a refund at the Parking Services office. The physical parking pass along with the receipt of purchase (if you still have it) must be returned at the time of the refund.

The decision to not charge for parking for three months was made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in an attempt to reduce the need to touch common areas such as payment kiosks. Free parking has been in effect since April 1st.
