TYH: Is snacking while working from home bad?
I am working from home, and I am sure I am not alone seeing what’s been going on recently (the COVID-19 pandemic.)
I have also found that because I am working from home I am snacking a lot more because I am around all the foods I love without having a set portion (which I would do if I was going into the office.)
So I chatted with Laurel Burton a Population Health Dietitian with Northern Health and she told me that my snacking was okay—which instantly made me feel at ease.
