Drug bust on Spruce Street

PRINCE GEORGE — A busy Saturday morning for the Prince George RCMP who executed a search warrant at a home on the 2100 block of Spruce Street.

Cpl. Sonya Blom says the search warrant yielded several grams of methamphetamine and suspected fentanyl along with two firearms, a prohibited magazine and a small amount of cash.

She says two adults males were arrested at the scene.

“One male was held for investigation and later released pending further investigation and charge approval from the Federal Prosecution Service of Canada,” Blom says. “The other male had an outstanding warrant and was released with a pending court date.”
