Virtual gala to support those most affected by COVID-19

PRINCE GEORGE—A virtual Gala ro raise funds for the Prince George Community Foundation’s Emergency Response Fund will take place in May.

The one-of-a-kind Stay-at-Home Gala evening event will unite people from across the country.

The night will include national and local renowned speakers, entertainers, musicians, and even an optional dinner delivered to your door.

Over 20 communities across Canada will participate in the first-ever virtual gala event.

Locally, Catherine Hansen and Kyle Sampson will host and introduce guest speakers and performers such as Will Stroet of Will’s Jams—Juno-nominated CBC Kids performer, folk musician Amy Blanding, americana band The Statistics and actress Grace Dove.

100 percent of the proceeds of local funds raised to support those most impacted by COVID-19 and local charities.

The Stay-at-Home Gala will be hosted on May 2 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets are available online.
