RCMP reminding vehicle owners to use anti-theft devices after weekend vehicle theft

PRINCE GEORGE—RCMP are reminding vehicle owners to use anti-theft devices on their cars, especially pick-ups, after a pair of property related crimes over the weekend.

On Sunday April 26, at around 6:50 a.m. Prince George RCMP received a report theft of a vehicle in progress from a commercial business on Ongman Road.

Further investigation led RCMP officers to Shelley Road, where two adult males and an adult female were arrested without incident.

The stolen vehicle was located along a power line cut nearby.

A 30-year-old male, 27-year-old male and 21-year-old female were released with conditions for court on Aug.19th, all are from Prince George.

At around 7 a.m. on the same day, Prince George RCMP received a report of a Break and Enter to a commercial compound on River Road in Prince George.

When frontline officers attended the area they located an adult male and an adult female, both were arrested without incident.

The 40-year-old male and 36-year-old female, are both Prince George residents and were released on documents to appear in court on Aug.19th.
