Wanted man may be in Quesnel or Prince George

QUESNEL — Quesnel Mounties are seeking the public’s help in locating a 20-year-old man wanted on two warrants.

Police say Kelly Gerk left a treatment centre in Logan Lake on April 21 with two other males and is on the run from police.

“Gerk is awaiting trial for an aggravated assault that occurred in Quesnel on April 12, 2019,” says Sgt. Richard Weseen, who notes Gerk may be in the Quesnel or Prince George area.

Gerk is described as:

• 5 foot eight
• 160 pounds
• Short brown hair with brown eyes (he wears glasses at times)
• White with a medium complexion and an athletic build
