Baseball 10 coming to College Heights in the Fall

An additional Baseball P.E class will be coming to College Heights Secondary School in the fall.

Tuesday night School District 57 approved the addition of Baseball 10.

The course is designed to develop individual baseball skills, along with knowledge and leadership at the beginner level.

The new course will utilize both in class and on field development throughout the year.

The class builds off the current Baseball 11 class which the school currently provides to students.

The course will also provide another option for high school students to earn their physical education credit and provide the chance to develop skills in a specific sport.

The on field portion of the class will take place at the Northern Sports Centre at UNBC, Rotary Field, and community fields shared by College Heights Secondary and College Heights Community Association.
