Grant applications open for organizations creating safer communities
VICTORIA—Organizations across B.C. looking to help build safer communities are able to apply for grant program to help them do just that.
Applications for the 2020-21 Civil Forfeiture Crime Prevention and Remediation grant program will be accepted until Nov.25.

This year’s funding streams include, crime prevention; Indigenous healing; restorative justice; gender-based violence, violence against women, domestic violence and sexual assault; domestic violence prevention/intervention programming; human trafficking, sexual exploitation and sex worker safety; and child and youth advocacy centres.
