Winter storm warning issued for Pine Pass

PRINCE GEORGE — Environment Canada has issued a winter storm warning for the Pine Pass.

According to the national forecaster, a Pacific storm will approach British Columbia tonight and Tuesday and will bring heavy snow and strong winds with 20 centimetres of snow expected on Tuesday.

Environment Canada recommends postponing non-essential travel until the conditions improve.
