Enhanced visiting measures still in place for Gateway and UNHBC

PRINCE GEORGE – Following a lab-confirmed case of COVID-19 at Gateway Lodge and University Hospital of Northern BC, Northern Health is carrying out enhanced COVID – 19 precautionary measures.

Family and visitors wanting to enter the Gateway Lodge will continue to be screened, they are required to wear a mask and encouraged to physically distance to reduce the risk of exposure to residents.

Those wanting to visit UHNBC are limited to one adult caregiver and are asked to continue to follow policies and procedures for COVID-19 infection prevention and control measures.
