Dinelle recommends checking temperatures when you feel ill as it’s a good indicator that you are sick and the effectiveness of a treatment is based on the body’s temperature.

If you are getting abnormally high temperatures it is best to contact your healthcare provider.

Health professionals recommend that body temperature should be measured and record regularly with a precision thermometer to better understand how the body is reacting to the illness.
