Local earns a slice of heaven

PRINCE GEORGE – Janell Parsons left Prince George nearly twenty years ago to chase a dream to become an artist.

While pursuing her dream in Vancouver it took a turn, when she discovered a skill many people could bite into.

Parsons is now the owner of two Pie restaurants and the author of an upcoming best-selling cookbook on Amazon called “You Wanna Piece of Me?”.
