Snowfall warning issued for Pine Pass

PRINCE GEORGE — If you plan on driving Highway 97-Pine Pass beware: Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for that area.
“An approaching Pacific frontal system will give snow to Williston and Highway 97 – Pine Pass tonight through Friday,” says Environment Canada.
“Light snow from the system will start this evening and become heavier overnight. The snow will continue through Friday evening with total accumulations up to 20 cm possible.”
Motorists who must drive through that region are reminded to drive to the changing weather conditions.
