TD Bank in College Heights robbed

PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George RCMP are investigating a bank robbery.

Cst. Jennifer Cooper says police responded at 5:52 p.m. last night at the TD Bank located at 5902 O’Grady Road.

She says the suspect was wearing a gas mask and came prepared with a note that he provided to staff. Cooper says bank staff gave the suspect what monies were available and the suspect fled on foot.

Though RCMP performed extensive patrols in the area, including the use of the Police Dog Service Team, the suspect was not found.

As a result, police ask any one who witnessed the robbery to call police.

There were no reported injuries.
