Cougars take popular school program online
PRINCE GEORGE – Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Prince George Cougars, in partnership with the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation and the Northern Health Authority, will continue the Spirit of Healthy Kids School Program.
However, like many programming that has continued through the past year, it will be held online.
“We are once again delighted on behalf of our donors to be supportive and partner with this program,” said Judy Neiser, CEO Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation. “Now more than ever being able to reach youth throughout the region with solid messaging about kindness and giving back in a way that makes it fun and promotes life-long learning is valuable. Delivering key messages through the Cougars’ players is inspiring and engages children in philanthropy at a whole different level.”
