TYH: How to deal with pandemic burnout
PRINCE GEORGE – It’s no secret the pandemic has taken a toll on our mental health, changing restrictions has caused increased anxiety, and also depression according to experts.
This week on our ‘To Your Health’ segment we looked at ways to try and avoid, or deal with pandemic fatigue, or the more extreme, pandemic burnout.
