PGYSA starts build of Quality Sport operating system following release of Strategic Plan
PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince George Youth Soccer Association released its Strategic Management Plan at the start of March. The plan is intended to provide a guide for the club over the next four years, as well as a pathway for every coach, player, and official within the PGYSA. But as a follow-up, the club has started to build its Quality Sport operating system.
“It’s basically been designed that we meet provincial and national standards over the next couple of years,” said Terrol Russell, Director of Club Operations with the PGYSA.
“It’s going to take time, especially living in a COVID world, for us to be solely put all of the pieces in place but there’s a minimum standard that we want to make sure that every single member of our club is provided. As we go forward over the next couple of years, especially as we look to start our outdoor season, we’re going to make sure every one of our members is provided a minimum standard and expectation of the program we’re providing them.”
