Back-to-back: Taylor Gauthier named WHL Goaltender of the Week again
CALGARY, AB – The Western Hockey League announced today (May 10) that for the second consecutive week, Prince George Cougars goaltender Taylor Gauthier has been named WHL Goaltender of the Week for the week ending May 9, 2021.
Gauthier, a 20-year-old native of Calgary, posted a record of 2-1-0-0 with a 1.01 goals-against average and .963 save percentage this past week in the WHL’s BC Divison Hub Centres.
The Cougars’ goalie was also named to the BC Division’s Team of the Week on Monday.
