Voting Day: Quesnel pool referendum

QUESNEL — Today (June 19) is when eligible voters will decide on borrowing $20 million to proposed pool upgrades at the Quesnel and District Arts and Recreation Centre.

To accommodate the counting of mail-in ballots, the official results for the referendum will be released on Monday (June 21).

Eligible voters have between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. to cast their ballots. Voting locations include:

• Barlow Creek School – 816 Barkerville Hwy
• Bouchie Lake School – 2074 Blackwater Rd.
• École Red Bluff Lhtako Elementary – 1533 Maple Dr.
• Quesnel Seniors’ Centre – 461 Carson Ave.
• Quesnel Arts and Recreation Centre West Fraser Room – 500 North Star Rd.
