Stakeholders upset over lack of consultation for SD57 vaccine mandate decision
PRINCE GEORGE – Following the announcement School District 57 would not be pursuing a vaccination mandate reactions have begun to pour in.
Most stakeholders and employee groups say they are not surprised with the decision not to mandate COVID-19 vaccines for staff in SD57 but are concerned about the lack of any consultation.
The Prince George District Teachers Association, CUPE Local 3742 along with the SD57 Parent Advisory Council all say they were not consulted prior to the decision.
