Northern Health sees drop in active COVID-19 cases

NORTHERN BC- Northern Health now has the lowest active COVID-19 case count in all of BC with 337, after the region reported 56 new cases. The North’s active case count dropped considerably from yesterday’s (Monday) mark of 398.

Across the province, 358 new cases were reported as there are now 2,889 active. Of the active cases, 300 individuals are in hospital and 104 are in ICU. BC’s daily case count peaked slightly after seeing a drop over the weekend.

No new deaths were reported as the provincial death toll stands still at 2,333.
