Accidental structure fire causes $5,000 in damage

PRINCE GEORGE- Fire crews responded to a structure fire this morning on the 3700 block of Pinewood Ave. Upon arrival, crews found a fire that had started in the roof area of the structure, and had been extinguished by the occupants.

The Prince George Fire Rescue says the fire took place shortly after 10:00 am, and was determined to be accidental. The incident caused $5,000 in damages. No injuries were reported.
