Advanced polling for SD57 trustees available Tuesday

PRINCE GEORGE- The final advanced voting opportunity in the upcoming School District 57 by-election is available tomorrow (Tuesday). The first advanced voting day last week brought in nearly 100 votes in Prince George and over 20 in Mackenzie.

Advanced voting will be available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm tomorrow. Prince George voters can cast their nallot at the School District 57 on the corner of Ferry Ave. Advanced voting in Mackenzie is available at the District of Mackenzie office on 1 Mackenzie Blvd. Electors wishing to vote must do so in the Trustee Electoral Area in which they reside. Only one vote per elector is allowed within SD57.

The by-election takes place on Saturday. There are seven candidates running in total, five for the Prince George trustee position and two for Mackenzie. Anyone looking to cast their vote will need to bring two pieces of ID, at least one with a signature.
