On Golden Pond rescheduled due to COVID-19 surge

PRINCE GEORGE — The production of On Golden Pond has been rescheduled due to the Omicron virus.

Originally set to begin the middle of next month, it will now begin on March 23, 2022 and run until April 17 at the Prince George Playhouse.

“We felt delaying the performances will better protect the safety of theatre attenders, volunteers, and the performance team,” says Producer Ann Laughlin. “And of course we are also determined to be in full compliance with all Public Health and Canadian Actors’ Equity Association COVID requirements.”

Miracle Theatre is donating all proceeds from the production to start an endowment for the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society under the management and trusteeship of the Prince George Community Foundation.
