UNBC ranked as one of B.C.’s top employers

PRINCE GEORGE — UNBC has been named one of the top employers in B.C.

Among the reasons the judges selected UNBC for the recognition are the lifelong educational opportunities at the school, including tuition waivers and tuition subsidies as well as in-house learning programs.

UNBC is judged on a number of areas including physical workplace, work atmosphere and social environment, health financial and family benefits.

Employers are evaluated by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 employers.

“This recognition is a testament to the outstanding workplace culture our faculty and staff continue to build with their passion, enthusiasm and creativity,” says UNBC interim President Dr. Geoff Payne.
