Vaccination requirement for health professionals

PRINCE GEORGE – On Wednesday, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry issued a health order requiring unvaccinated regulated health care workers to be vaccinated by March 24.

When the vaccine became available, registered Acupuncturist Jian Xiao was one of the first health professionals in line to get it. He knew it was important for him and his patients.

On occasion, Jian Xiao is asked by clients if he is vaccinated as they need to be reassured it’s a safe place for them to visit.
