Pedestrian struck at 15th Jarvis

PRINCE GEORGE — A man is in stable condition after he was struck by a vehicle Wednesday night.

RCMP say it happened just before 6 p.m. at the intersection of 15th Avenue and Jarvis Street.

Witnesses say the pedestrian was in the crosswalk when he was struck. Police say it serves as a reminder to motorists and pedestrians to continue to use caution while driving and walking in the dark.

RCMP say the driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with police.
