COLDSNAP 2022 regrouped and ready to let the good times roll
PRINCE GEORGE- Coldsnap 2022 is a go after all , March 25th to April 2nd . The Prince George Folkfest Society regrouped and rebooked the artists and secured the venues . Organizers had to change the lineup a little bit to accommodate artists and have two new venues to announce! March 25th to 27 th will be at Uda Dune Baiyoh (The House of Ancestors Conference Hall) where they’ll start a Celtic Rockin’ good time with Early Spirit and finish on Sunday with the one and only Boom Booms! The famous Coldsnap for Kids concert will also be featured on Sunday March 27th with the incomparable Kym Gouchie.
Starting March 30th , they will move over to the Knox Performance Venue (Trinity United Downtown Campus) for extraordinary musicianship from the likes of Murray Porter, Maria Dunn, Linda McRae, Clerel, and Karl Wyssen as well as many others. During the week, from Monday to Friday free workshops will be held at the Omineca Arts Centre. The amazing evening shows will be presented in front of a reduced capacity audience at our reasonable ticket fee, and each show will be livestreamed to watch from home for a nominal fee.Workshops will be free to attend both in-person and online.
