The Spruce Kings get edged out in Vernon

Vernon, BC- The Prince George Spruce Kings 20 game point streak came to a close in Vernon Monday afternoon ,after falling 2-1 to the Vipers.

A first period marker on the power-play from John Herrington was all the offence the Spruce Kings could muster.

Prince George did manage to win 2 out of 3 games on their Okanagan road trip,defeating Penticton 3-2 Saturday and Salmon Arm 3-1 Friday night .

The Spruce Kings host the West Kelowna Warriors Wednesday night at 7.
