PRINCE GEORGE — Charges have finally been laid against five people in connection to a 2020 drug investigation in Prince George.

One charge of possession for the purpose of trafficking has been made against Kody Mosser, Ericka Ostroski, Daryl Tugnum and Robyn Bradley. One charge of possession for the purpose of selling cannabis has been approved against Mavra Lode.

In total, the Prince George RCMP’s street crew unit seized 1.5 kilograms of cocaine, prescription drugs, steroids and GHB along with 35,000 in cash and two trucks at multiple places throughout the city and into Salmon Valley on December 3, 2020.

RCMP say the multi-jurisdictional file lead to charges being approved in a parallel RCMP investigation in Smithers, as well.

“This investigation resulted in a large quantity of suspected illicit drugs and prescription pills being taken off of our streets. Our Street Crew Unit, with the assistance of units such as Prince George Serious Crimes, Police Dog Services and Air Services, as well as the Lower Mainland Emergency Response Team, put in tireless amounts of effort to get the investigation to this stage,” states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, media spokesperson for the Prince George RCMP.
